ReplyDeleteI am so tired of the grey sky and terrible air in shanghai.I intend to go to new zealand for further study. Blue sky, limpid streams,fresh air...and great cheese without "San Lu" ^_^
Hi - your table is wrong. E.g. the top 3 cities for 2009 are Tokyo, Osaka, Moscow. The correct table is available here

The table I listed is for "Quality of living". The table you listed is for "Cost of living." They are 2 different tables, but both for 2009.
