where is your shanghai?

I am so tired of the grey sky and terrible air in shanghai.I intend to go to new zealand for further study. Blue sky, limpid streams, fresh air...and great cheese without "San Lu" ^_^

Hi - your table is wrong. E.g. the top 3 cities for 2009 are Tokyo, Osaka, Moscow. The correct table is available here
http://www.mercer.com/costoflivingpr#Top_50

The table I listed is for "Quality of living". The table you listed is for "Cost of living." They are 2 different tables, but both for 2009.
